12 – Pierre Dekowski

BIO:

I know what you’re thinking: how did a young Fante gentleman have a classically Polish surname? Don’t worry, I’ll tell you after I’ve finished reading a book from my favourite author, Anthony Horowitz. If I had to have any superpower, I would definitely choose telekinesis. Can you imagine how incredible it’ll be to move objects purely with your mind? I would love to be an astronaut for a day, exploring the cosmos and discovering new worlds. My brain does the same thing when I learn new words for the Bee finals: I approach each word like a new planet to explore. I study each word and attempt to spell them in my mind without looking at it.  My favourite song to let off steam to is Despacito; and I play it often in between sessions with one woman I admire greatly – my aunt.
