16 – Eugene Manu Afriyie

BIO:

I’m fluent in Asante Twi and it’s interesting how learning root words for the Bee has encouraged me to learn the root words in my mother tongue as well. My siblings and I are the Three Musketeers at home and we enjoy playing together. Songwriting is one of my hobbies and they have heard many of the songs I’ve composed. Prof. Francis Allotey, one of the first Ghanaians to earn a doctorate in mathematical sciences, is my icon. And if you see me in graduation robes, don’t be surprised that I have also earned a doctorate in the same discipline.
