BIO:
I knew The National Spelling Bee would help me improve my vocabulary but what I didn’t realize was how enjoyable it is to learn the origins and etymology of different words. Words like Onychomycosis which is a fun word to say, and I love to repeat it over and over. My favorite memory from when I was younger was when I was starting school; I remember how excited I was to go, to meet new friends, and to learn something exciting. Like the history of the brave Queen Boudica who helped the Iceni to revolt against Roman rule. If I were gifted a plane ticket to any African country, I would take the first flight to Madagascar to explore and learn about its diverse range of fascinating animals.
