For some people, being a semi-finalist at the Bee is challenging enough but not for me. I took on another challenge approximately a month ago – learning how to play the guitar. And both fill my days with intrigue and patience. The place that makes my heart glad when I visit is the Accra Art Center because every time I go there, there’s always something new for my curious eyes to savor. I’d love to visit Morocco one day and who knows, perhaps I’ll learn how to play the traditional Moroccan guitar – the gimbri.
